Deborah launched her real estate career with Madison & Co. Properties in Niwot, quickly becoming a top agent in the region. A CRS designee, she ranks among the top 2% of Realtors nationwide. Originally from Lancashire, England, she holds a Business Studies degree in Marketing, with additional coursework from Harvard Business School. Her background includes executive roles in London and Chicago, notably with Maersk, where she led regional operations. Now leading the DRF Team in Niwot, Deborah brings strategic insight, strong negotiation skills, and a calm, detail-oriented approach. She's active in the community, serving with the Niwot Business Association, Boulder Symphony, Community Foodshare, CASA, Rotary, and WINC. She enjoys time with her husband and two children, entertaining friends, and playing Euchre and Mahjong.
