DCS LLC

I have so many grievances against this company. DO NOT USE THEM.

First. Customer service is absolute trash. The agent we communicated was EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and demeaning with every communication he sent. When he first emailed me, I thought he was spam because the email was so poorly written and aggressive all the time. He talked to me like a child he was scolding. I've never been treated so poorly by a company I was hiring. I tried to file a formal complaint against him, and the company never emailed back - even after multiple attempts to try to get in contact with them.

Second. The service performed was extremely poor. The mirrors in the bathrooms were not washed. The sinks were not cleaned. The tubs barely looked rinsed down. There were bugs in the home when I entered (never a problem when I lived there).

Third. I was required by my rental company to provide them a receipt of services performed. DCS would NOT provide me a receipt of services. After multiple attempts and phone calls, they just told me that the payment receipt "was fine." Absolutely not.

I was very disappointed their services all the way around. If you don't want to be yelled at and have a headache just for cleaning your house, DO NOT use DCS LLC.
