I have a motto that one can judge how much a company cares for you by their customer support. I am not too concerned if a company makes a mistake; what I care about is how they make it right or how they might provide the support I need. So for my EMR needs, I decided to go with CureMD and since then, I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They have been exceedingly patient with me in answering all of my queries as well as providing me multiple demo requests before I actually paid anything. The company?s support system is one of the best I?ve seen in any industry where I actually feel like they care for my needs as people rather than treating me like I?m just another number to add to their sales list.

This truly is a comprehensive solution. I?m able to access my charts, scheduler, and other templates the way I want to. Moreover, everything is customizable; that?s a huge benefit. The training and implementation team was extremely professional and well-groomed. Additionally, the server has never gone down or crashed till now.

I?m really happy with the specialty-based customization. CureMD EHR allows me to edit everything (templates, notes, etc) according to my clinic?s workflows.
Then, the EHR?s integration with the Practice Management system is really a blessing. I say this because I was previously using modular systems by different vendors; it was really inconvenient and I often encountered compatibility issues.
On the flip side, they really need to allow access on Mac, because I?m not a big fan of Windows. However, their iPad app, the Avalon is a step in the right direction.
In summary, I?d recommend the system to practices because apart from the Mac issue, it has got everything.
