Courtney & Associates, P.C. was registered with the State Corporation Commission on October 22, 1992 as a professional corporation. The firm was established as a full service multi-disciplined professional consultancy for the purpose of providing surveying, right-of-way acquisition services, land planning and construction layout services to public and private sectors across Virginia. We are proud to be the only full service firm of this nature currently headquartered in the City of Suffolk, Virginia.
