The Transitional Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is a high-intensity, inpatient rehabilitation facility. This nationally recognized, 48-bed skilled nursing facility is staffed by our interdisciplinary team of care providers.
If you have a disability or are recovering from illness, injury or surgery the TRP team can help you gain greater independence.
