Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia (CDVA) serves as a Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) for older adults and individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities who elect to self-direct their care so they can remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities.
