Concord Construction, Inc. was established in 1994 by Steve and Sharon Young. We provide professional construction services for clients throughout Washington, Oregon, and Montana. We provide construction services in the areas of commercial, industrial, agricultural building and heavy concrete construction. Through an experienced team of estimators, project managers and engineers, Concord Construction is capable of guiding their clients from concept through construction. Concord can bid documents prepared by other professionals or can provide turn-key building services. We have many years of experience in nearly every construction method to include structural steel framing, concrete tilt-up, wood or metal-framed buildings, and masonry. Concord Construction is also a Northwest distributor and erector of pre-engineered metal buildings. Concord closely manages all phases of construction from planning, engineering, and permitting to site work, basic construction, and finishes.
