After many years in the captive (one company) insurance industry, Chad Brown created Compass Insurance & Financial Group in 2010 to provide a better means of serving our communities. In 2020, the insurance and financial services operations were split into separate entities and we changed our name to Compass Risk Navigators. As a full-service agency, we strive to help our clients obtain the best possible insurance coverage at the best possible price. Most people need insurance — but few people want to spend time poring over every policy detail.
