The Community Foundation of Noble County is a public charity dedicated to improving the quality of life throughout Noble County by serving as a catalyst for positive change. Since 1991, we have partnered with generous donors, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to create lasting impact through charitable funds, grants, scholarships, and planned giving.
