Columbia County Independent Living, Inc. (CCIL) in Magnolia, AR provides supervised living services for mentally and developmentally disabled single, ambulatory women over the age of 18. We help women achieve independence and become more self-sufficient individuals. CCIL stresses home and community-based services and makes every effort to give personalized attention to each individual.
