We offer beginner, intermediate and mastery classes. Our classes are all low impact and the instructors make modifications for any one with a physical limitation or injury so there is something for everyone!
We offer 7 different styles of classes and include a range of equipment so that every class is different, new and exciting! Equipment used includes the reformer, TRX, Exo-chair, mat, spring board, BOSU and more!
