Cindy works with women, men, couples, teens, and children in a professional, confidential setting using a variety of counseling theories including CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, Art Therapy and Play Therapy. Cindy’s most recent experience is in an inpatient behavioral science center, delivering a wide array of group and individual therapies.

A sincere pledge and partnership with you will be developed with an approach custom fit for you and your unique self. If you have reached a place where you want to gain insight to new perspectives, or if you just need to get “unstuck,” initiate change for yourself or your child, or improve the quality of your communication, boundaries, and relationships, Cindy will be honored to work with you.
