The Workforce Development Center (WDC) at Cincinnati State provides short term industry-relevant training for individuals and organizations. The WDC builds and delivers the training that’s custom-designed to help you and your organization get ahead. Our Mission: “To provide affordable, innovative, quality training and educational solutions that exceed the needs and expectations of our customer while also contributing to the strength of our region’s workforce, thereby resulting in positive bottom line improvements for our employers and our economy.
