I chose family medicine because I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages. Being able to be there for them and help them navigate the health care system is a joy and a privilege. When I did my residency at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, I got to know Mercy's values really well. And I decided that I wanted to continue my career with the ministry because I liked it so much.
