I began my journey over 7 years ago at a rural inpatient rehab in AL. Those beginnings taught me that every client is unique in their personal history & current challenges & no one is immune to how life experiences change and harm us. I appreciate helping clients build goals & support them on their journey to healing. I am constantly humbled by the resiliency of my clients & the bravery they show to attempt to change painful ways of feeling and thinking. I love seeing my clients gain confidence, confront life obstacles, and heal emotional wounds. It’s difficult, but we can grow & rebuild ourselves, even with all of our junk.
