Her goal is to build trust and create a safe space where you, the client, can feel open sharing your authentic thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Her aim is to help improve personal relationships, address difficult emotional problems, and help the individual become more self-aware.

Christina believes that so often our past can interfere with our present lives, and we can find ourselves reliving the same pain.
