Prior to medical school, I worked in a variety of healthcare settings, so I understand the many types of patients and treatment needs that come to primary care. My clinical focus areas are Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health are the first line of treatment. I guide patients to lose weight and manage diseases using healthy habits, and medicines when necessary.
