Chicago Strength is a 10,000 sq ft comprehensive fitness facility that utilizes the principles of several different methodologies to optimally train our athletes. We are home to Chicago Strength CrossFit, which adheres to the CrossFit protocol of constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. We believe in providing our athletes with a safe, educational training environment, in which they can improve physically, focus mentally, and thrive socially.
