We also specialize in federal and state tax credit programs for real estate investment and development, including Renewable Energy Tax Credits as well as Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. Founded in 2011 by Warren Kirshenbaum, Cherrytree has been highly successful in assisting our clients in securing and/or monetizing millions of dollars in tax credits.
