The Charles Cameron Sprague Clinical Science Building is interconnected with two hospitals on the South Campus of UT Southwestern Medical Center: Parkland Memorial Hospital and UT Southwestern Zale Lipshy University Hospital.

The Sprague Building houses clinical faculty in the departments of Anesthesiology and Pain Management, Internal Medicine, Neurological Surgery, Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Radiology, and Surgery.

Visitors to the Sprague Building may use valet parking in front of the Aston Building or self-park in the Tower Garage at Medical District Drive and Tex Oak.
