Hello! I am Charday and I have over 15 years of experience working with young adults, adults and couples within the mental health field. I would describe myself as expert in finding the root cause of distress in my clients lives while helping to guide and empower them through CBT, DBT, Neuroplasticity and Mindset Mapping, Gottman Principles, Dare to Lead Principles and a number of other therapeutic modalities to overcome those challenges. Additionally, I have over 5 years of experience working with substance abuse and addictive disorders with a main focus on opioid addiction and recovery management.
