I’ve been with them for over 25 years. My truck was involved in a non-moving accident in our driveway in which our boat unhinged and backed into our truck. We used the insurance to cover the repairs. Our premium doubled which they couldn’t justify since the cost to repair the truck was less than what they raised our rate. We spoke to a Pamela, who said she was going to call us back that same day with quotes. We never received a call back. We had to chase her down, she finally came back with a quote from the initial company that raised our rate, and only had it lowered a little bit over $100.
