Chad and his team made my "forever home" purchase possible and I can't thank them enough. My realtor reached out to Chad on a Sunday to help me get a pre-approval letter so I could make an offer on a house before the cut off time, which was July 4th (YES - A HOLIDAY). There's no way any other lender would have been willing to pivot so quickly on a weekend, nonetheless, to help someone so urgently on a holiday. His level of customer service is appreciated!

Additionally, the entire process was extremely easy because of the attention to details, persistent reminders, and new signing technology that helped to prevent a long closing day because I was able to get so much signed ahead of time.

Finally, Chad's excitement during the whole process was very uplifting, especially for what can be a usually-stressful experience. Chad and his team have hearts of gold!!!

I will recommend you to everyone who mentions needing a mortgage broker.
