Great company to work with. My husband and I bought a Generac Guardian Home standby Generator which CENTEX GENERATORS installed one month ahead of schedule. Just in time for the early freeze days we have been experiencing. Rick is very knowledgeable about anything that concerns generators but uses layman's terms (for those of us who are not generator savvy). He is very patient and kind and will take the time to help you understand the system you are investing in. Karen coordinates everything from the office and also takes care of the financial side of the house. This creates a very smooth transition from ordering the unit, setting up the financing, and having it installed. If you are looking to a Propane company, I would recommend Propane Plus out of Leander. They work well with this company. We had our Generac tested and operational within 2 days of the propane tank being filled. Thank you so much for the positive experience. Rick, Karen, and their team are AWESOME! I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
