Catastrophic Claims Legal Group represents property owners in insurance claims involving hail, wind, storm, fire, and water damage. We handle both residential and commercial property damage matters, with a focus on large-loss claims and files that are denied, delayed, or underpaid. We also handle catastrophic injury and serious personal injury matters.

Our work is centered on making sure the claim scope matches the real-world loss—often including hidden or collateral damage, code and ordinance requirements, and necessary demolition or testing to confirm safety and compliance. When an insurer’s scope is incomplete or the valuation is low, we build the record, present the claim clearly, and pursue full policy benefits through negotiation, appraisal, or litigation when necessary.
