Member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ), and the American Association of Justice.

I hold an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale Hubbell (judicial and peer rating).

I was elected by my peers to serve as the President of South Carolina Association of Justice (SCAJ) for 2016-17. I previously was elected and served on the Board of Governors for the SCAJ (2003-2009, 2011-2013), and I served as President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer for SCAJ during 2013-2014.

I am also contributing author to the topic, "Negligence," which is published in South Carolina Jurisprudence.

I am a member of "Super Lawyers" in the area of family law.
