Dr. Caroline Franke is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include inpatient psychiatry, and emergency psychiatry, severe and persistent mental illness, and crisis stabilization.
