Hello, I'm Carol, and I'm the founder of Solas Psychiatry which offers Telehealth appointments on Mondays through Thursdays. I offer "In Person" visits one Friday a month. Solas is the Gaelic word for light and comfort, symbolizing the hope and solace I strive to provide.

With over 19 years of healthcare experience, I am a dual-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. My journey began on a remote Scottish island, where I learned to appreciate the resilience required to navigate life's literal and metaphorical winters. It was this foundation that inspired me to found Solas Psychiatry with the mission of providing compassionate and evidence-based care.
