Dr. Fucigna is a physician with a 20-year career in obstetrics and gynecology. After practicing in Manhattan for 10 years, she relocated her practice to Wilton with the addition of a Darien office a short time later.

She enjoys practicing all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology and assures every woman comprehensive care with a personal and compassionate attention to detail through all stages of her reproductive life. Her practice encompasses all aspects of obstetric and gynecologic care from adolescents to post-menopausal women with special interest in managing peri-menopause and helping women through the menopausal transition.

Dr. Fucigna is the Director of Obstetrics for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
