Our goal is to provide comprehensive eye and vision services in a truly caring manner. We pride ourselves on understanding the different needs of individuals of all ages.Our story begins in 1952, when Dr. Herbert Ted Halliday began his practice of optometry. Over the next 35 years, he developed a loyal patient base by caring for the people of the Carlisle area. Dr. Yorkgitis joined the practice in 1983 and introduced specialty children's care and vision therapy as new services. In 1988, Dr. Grieneisen came aboard and brought with him additional general optometric and vision therapy knowledge. In 2002, the practice moved to its current location on State Avenue. It has been a pleasure to serve our community in such a convenient and modern facility. We would like to welcome Dr. Derek Kramer who recently joined our practice. He specializes in diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and specialty contact lens fitting. He has returned to his home town with his wife and children to be closer to family and friends.
