We do not use standard industry tubing to make our bimini tops. If we are making an aluminum bimini top we use O93 heavy wall tubing, and for a stainless steel bimini top we will use heavy wall O83-316 grade stainless steel. This will pull your canvas top tighter and requires less maintenance in polishing, and it will make your cover look better. Standard industry snaps are chrome platted brass; we use stainless steel, because they corrode less and last much longer. We can make you a forty gauge enclosure using Strataglass or a new product OSea, which is giving us great results.
