Dr. Blake received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her PhD at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia. She did research in the Dominican Republic for her PhD in Health Promotion and International Medicine, and completed her residency at Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Her certifications include the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Blake enjoys primary care and emphasizing preventative medicine through patient education. The best part of her job is the patient interaction and relationships that develop between doctors and their patients.

In her free time, Dr. Blake enjoys reading, traveling, scrapbooking, learning new talents, mentoring, and spending time with her family.
