All Camden Aventura residents are given exclusive access to reserve tennis courts and enroll in city-sponsored recreation programs. The Aventura City of Excellence School is an award-winning school that was ranked in the top 10 of all schools in Florida. Children who live in Aventura are given admission preference and the grade cap ensures the school will never be overcrowded. The Florida International University: Biscayne Bay Campus is approximately 5 miles from our apartment community.
