Talk Therapy with the mission to help you find that inner peace that is needed in this fast paced world and give you the flexibility to do it from the comfort of your home, hotel, or where ever you may be. Online therapy is the delivery of mental health counseling using therapeutic interventions via the Internet. It has been found by the American Psychological Association (APA) online counseling can be as effective as face to face. it is offered through video, phone, text, or email.
