Connor is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the clinic and farm setting. Connor’s clinical experience includes helping clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ASD, trauma, and more.
Connor provides equine-facilitated therapy at our farm location and in-clinic and telehealth services. She describes her approach to counseling as integrative and holistic, utilizing a person-centered approach, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
