Cindy Brigham-Althoff is a Nurse Midwife and Advanced Practice Nurse. She is passionate about listening to people and honoring their experiences and choices. She believes in patients knowing their bodies and trusting their instincts. As perimenopause approached for her, she became aware of the lack of evidence-based information available for the myriad of body systems and symptoms the menopausal transition impacts. Cindy studied menopause in great detail while obtaining her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. After educating herself, she became excited to share her knowledge with friends experiencing the menopausal transition as well as nursing students she teaches at a local university.
