My focus is a spiritual, integrative, holistic approach to assist you in your journey to optimal mental health and wellness. My clients enjoy a partnership being an active participant in their well being, and are willing to participate in talk therapy if medication is required. My clients prefer take fewer prescription medications, and to taper down dosing of their medications as much as possible. They are open to alternative therapies because they want to feel better and be the best version of themselves.
I am dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse NP. I provide a free consultation, nutrition assessment, Lab testing, Health Coaching, nutraceuticals, medication as needed, appropriate referrals, brief therapy.
