I would like to thank and recognize Sashary Cespedes the store manager for her great customer service skills. I was very upset after visiting three different locations that told me they are only sending money but I was not able to receive any money. While arrived at the store, Sashary welcomed me with a beautiful bright smile that made me forget that I was just had some bad experiences with the previous stores. She took her time to explain to me the process because that was my first time there. Throughout the process her smile never faded away. The most important is, I did not have my glasses. She took her sweet time to help me look for information needed on my phone to complete the transaction. She made my day.

Thanks so much Sashary for all your help today. You just added a new customer to your repertoire.
