Dr. Neal J. Buffington would like to invite you to his warm and friendly dental practice. Buffington Dental is located at 604 1st Ave. West Columbia Falls Montana (next to the fire station, city hall and library).

We believe in forming lasting relationships with our patients through communication, education and service.

Patient hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:20 AM to 4:00 PM. Please contact our office by phone at 406.892.4296 to schedule an appointment.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Cash or Checks are always welcomed. Buffington Dental also accepts CareCredit, Payment is required at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made. We do submit to all dental insurances!
