BrightStar Care provides in-home care and skilled nursing throughout the Lowcountry, including Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. We deliver non-medical home care (personal care, companionship, respite, and assistance with activities of daily living) and skilled nursing with RN oversight on every case. Our team supports needs from a few hours of weekly support to higher-acuity care at home, including infusion therapy (IV antibiotics, TPN), wound care, medication management, and post-hospital recovery. We also provide medical staffing for healthcare organizations. We work with long-term care insurance and payer sources including VA/Optum VACCN, Cigna, TRICARE, and private pay. Joint Commission accredited.
