Bricks and Birch specializes in artisan wood-fired pizza baked in our brick oven from fresh, and largely organic, locally-sourced ingredients. We also feature an assortment of creative pastries and deserts which are baked fresh daily by our pastry chefs. Both vegan and gluten-free options are available. Additionally, we are a full-service coffee shop, and have partnered with Stumptown Coffee Roasters to bring their award-winning coffee to Redlands.
