Breakwater Psychotherapy provides mental health care you deserve. We will meet you where you are, work with what you have, and help you move forward stronger. We are local psychotherapists serving southeast Florida. We specialize in treatment for mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment issues, trauma, and relationship issues. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy both in-person and online. We also provide wellness consults for those who seek short-term support in nicotine cessation, improving focus or sleep, and reducing performance anxiety. Our therapy services are all evidence-based treatments, including CBT, ACT, and DBT. All therapists at Breakwater Psychotherapy welcome and affirm members of the LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities, as well as any other groups who struggle for the support, acceptance, and recognition they deserve.
