The Brave Enough to Risk Change, to Live Free curriculum helps people identify unhealthy behaviors, experience healing from trauma, understand the work of the Holy Spirit, and the blessings of walking in truth.

Mary is an author and speaker who provides group coaching/counseling, as well as individual coaching/counseling to people seeking faith-based healing. She is also a board certified Christian Counselor, a professional life and trauma-informed coach, and a pastor.
