We regularly turn “no’s” into “yes’s” based on our personalized strategy. In addition to land and lease acquisition, BlueCat is capable of delivering title curative deliverables later in a project’s life cycle. We also provide administrative support to help in Title search, Easement drafting, landowner letters, and everyday support for all projects. We also help in purchase options to secure substations for all our projects.
