At Blue Star Recovery, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based addiction treatment in compliance with state regulations, tailored to improving the lives of adults 18 and older struggling from co-occurring disorders. Our focus includes person-centered treatment incorporating modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practice, trauma -informed care, relapse prevention strategies to name a few. Treatment is individualized based on client diverse needs and includes both group and individual therapy at various levels of care including PHP, IOP, and OP. We also facilitate family sessions for all clients.
