Bite a la Carte started with thinking about a problem. Many, many late-night discussions - sometimes involving wine - revolved around the fact that catering gets so complicated for so many reasons! Our gourmet catering idea is to bring simple and delicious together!

Our core group of culinarians want to bring simplicity and a sense of ease back to our little corner of the world. We want to share this with our friends - those who love good food, understand the heart and soul that we pour into our craft, and would benefit from a simplified catering model.
