Bethany Theological Seminary

The Association of Theological Schools is a membership organization of schools in the United States and Canada educating individuals after their baccalaureate education, preparing individuals for the ministries of preaching and teaching. Bethany is fully accredited by the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada, and the MDiv and MA (theology) degree programs are approved, in addition to specific approval for a Comprehensive Distance Education Program.

National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements Federal and state laws have established requirements that regulate distance (online) education programs offered by postsecondary institutions like Bethany Theological Seminary. Bethany makes every effort to comply with these laws related to its delivery of distance education.

The Higher Learning Commission is an accreditation organization which uses a body of peer reviewers to grant membership to degree-granting postsecondary schools. Bethany is fully accredited by HLC for the degree programs it offers in both local and distance formats.
