Rodriquez came off very knowledgeable and communicative in the beginning but his work is horrible it got so bad that we had to let him and his team go. He kept saying it doesn’t look back and act like he didnt understand where we were coming from. He kept saying I can fix it but when we would point out the areas, he was confused. Plus he wasn’t honest about our inspection passing and collected the last payment so we figured it probably wasn’t best to continue services with him. Note: he took an item off our house to use for something and never returned it, I believe that’s called stealing…right? It as a tan water drainage (don’t know the correct terminology for what it’s called).

Looking for reconstruction company was very challenging. ALL of the companies we met with (total of 5) stated it was a liability, the steps were way off, the roof was a joke, all of them said the rails need to come down, there is no roof overhang (which didn’t pass inspection), the roof needs to be replace you can‘t just add an overhang onto the existing roof plus it’s a liability. They would have to have start the process over because Rodriquez didn’t follow the blueprints. It’s just a mess.

All of the companies apologized for what we experienced they couldn’t believe the company did this to us. Over 10 failed inspections.

All of the 5 companies said the same thing and charged similar one was willing to drop the price if we took the rails off ourself apparently it cost money to take down. We will be paying more than what we paid. We know it will work itself out but I would not recommend that he touches anything on your property. The company said he cut the price down and gave you cheap labor. I am not making this up, I wish I was exaggerating.
