Along with a team of experienced brokers, Julie and Kent Berryman, have served the Kitsap Peninsula and surrounding areas since 2004. Together, they have 25+ years experience in real estate sales. They have helped hundreds of military members, locals, and out-of-staters move to the Pacific Northwest. They help find the right fit for both homes and land. Together, they have topped the charts, closing 23 million dollars in 2020, and have been Top Producers since 2008.

Julie has been a realtor for over 18 years and has sold over 600 properties. She has several 5 star reviews on Zillow, and is a winner of multiple local and state awards. As a former teacher for the Central Kitsap school district, Julie holds wonderful people skills, making her a pleasure to work with.

Julie's husband Kent is an expert land planner with 30+ years experience. This includes noteworthy master site planning for Suncadia Resort and other local projects, such as the Poulsbo Market Place. And with many land uses, including the Olympic College campus and Quadrant Home sites.
