Berlin Auto Sales Inc

I purchased a vehicle from Htarraf Tarraf aka Berlin Auto of Flatlake MI. The Charger was listed on FB marketplace a month ago at 135k miles. 2 weeks later reposted at 137k. This is when I made a deal, securing the car w/a $500 deposit. He told me the car would be taken off the market and parked, adding no additional mileage. (He said his brother had been driving it)I drove 5+ hrs to get there & it had over 139k on it, was never marked pending & was filthy inside. (Photos showed car as freshly detailed) It smelled terribly of marijuana and I found several items of paraphernalia that could have had me arrested had I been pulled over in my home state. I also confirmed the amount of cash I would bring & once I was there, was informed of a dealer fee. The car has a bad axle, bad thermostat housing, missing a light and misc. missing pieces. Htarraf Tarraf even left a review himself, presumably to try to drive his reviews up. Buyer Beware.
